Within days: supplier, price CIF your port, lead time, packing, certificates. Usually two or three options at different price points.
You confirm on our proforma. Payment terms are agreed per deal: deposit and balance against documents is the norm.
We follow production dates and book the container. At loading we check goods and documents and send you the photos.
Bill of lading, certificates and invoice sent as soon as the vessel sails. Tracking until discharge; empty container return handled.
Container at your port with a complete file for clearance. One invoice from KMA, one payment.
